Volume 01 – From a Reality Shifter Who’s Made It there and back

Affirmation of the day:
“I am not trying. I am aligning.”

Hey hi hello fellow shifters,

I’m writing to you not as someone trying to shift, but as someone who has. More than once. Not just for seconds. I’m talking about immersive, intentional, tangible, emotionally vivid experiences in realities of my own design that I have recounted for the past four years almost. If you’re reading this, it means you're on your path too, and I’m here to tell you: it’s real, and it’s possible. I’m not saying I’m an expert, or that I know literally anything this is just my perception and experience with shifting.

🧠 MINDSET: THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING

Shifting isn’t about forcing yourself into another world. It’s about allowing yourself to experience the truth that consciousness isn't bound by physical laws.

What changed everything for me was letting go of desperation. You have to believe it’s real without constantly testing if it is. Once I stopped constantly doubting and started living as if shifting was inevitable, it became a more natural feeling. I like to think everyone finds shifting for a reason, and just knowing about shifting gives you greater chances of shifting.

🧘‍♀️ PRACTICES THAT WORKED FOR ME

Here are my core techniques :

  • Scripting with Emotion: Don’t just list traits or timelines. Feel what it’s like to be there. Smell the air. Hear the voices. Engage the senses. Sometimes when I am scripting like this things just fall into place as if they were just meant to be that way.

  • Meditative Priming: I meditate daily, not just before shifting attempts. It clears mental clutter and strengthens my focus. I try different techniques and subliminals to help facilitate the vibe I am specifically working towards.

  • The “I Am” Method: Repeating “I am already in my desired reality” while visualizing — not hoping, but knowing it’s true. Believing that you belong and also knowing where you fit into all of it.

  • Subliminals: I love to use new and different sounds or waves that interact with me in different ways. I have also created custom ones using my voice. Trust me, your own energy speaks to you louder than anyone else’s.

💫 THE PHYSICAL & SPIRITUAL SIDES

Physically, I keep my body in sync with my intentions:

  • Sleep hygiene is sacred. I prepare my space like a gateway: peaceful, quiet, safe.

  • I journal every shift attempt no matter the outcome. This I believe helps build that habit, but also gives you a way to track your progress.

Spiritually, I’ve found that shifting has deepened my connection with something greater. Call it Source, Higher Self, or the Multiverse. I now see every version of me as sacred and connected, not fragmented. Shifting has also helped me realize what kind of person I am deep inside.

A powerful mantra I live by is
"Every version of me is living, breathing, and waiting for me to remember."

🔮 ADVICE FROM THE OTHER SIDE

If you take one thing away from this letter, let it be this:

Don’t chase the shift. Become the version of you who already has shifted.

That’s who I became. That’s who I am. Your DR isn’t just a destination, it’s a vibration. Tune in. Trust. And walk toward it like you’re coming home, because you are.

🌌 Mav’s Shifting Storytime: My first shift to my MCU Desired Reality

The very first time I had a fully grounded shift was June, 16th 2021. I had plenty of failed attempts and even lost motivation in between finding out about shifting and actually getting to my desired reality. I had a deep reflection on my journey and meditated for a while before I decided that I needed to just give up and yell at the universe. I told myself that this was my last attempt, if I was not meant to shift then I wouldn’t. I had gotten fed up with the failed attempts, mini shifts, and the ungrounded experiences in my DR. I didn’t use a method I just told myself, “If I don’t wake up in my DR this is it”.

 I had a dream about my brother coming home, he had accidentally woken me up when he came to put some of his stuff away.The dream with Ashton was soft, almost blurry around the edges. He walked in holding a box, muttered something about his closet, and then left. I barely registered it… and then everything just stopped. I wasn’t dreaming. I wasn’t awake. I was floating, not in space, but in something quieter than silence. No heartbeat. No breath. Just a stillness I’ve never felt before. I was in this void of darkness, and when I woke up I was in the lab at the compound. It wasn’t like any dream I’d had before. Everything faded into this silent, floating blackness, no sound, no pressure, just me. 

My dad, Tony Stark, shook my shoulder gently and told me to get up and go to my bed. I lifted my head from the lab table and took in the dim blue lights around me. I immediately asked him where Ashton, my brother, was and if he had made it home. My back hurt slightly, like I’d really fallen asleep in that chair. That’s when Tony placed a hand on my shoulder, and it felt solid and tangible. He looked at me with tired but gentle eyes, just like I thought my dad would. He told me Ashton had just gotten home a few hours prior and asked me if he had come into the lab to see me. I told him I thought it was a dream, which made him laugh a bit. He just shook his head and told me that I shouldn’t sleep in a desk chair, because it’s bad for your back. I nodded, still not believing I had actually shifted. I checked the time on the desktop computer monitor, it read 6:57 A.M. This ability to check the time made it all feel very real suddenly, and that was when it really clicked for me. I shifted when I stopped begging and started trusting. Surrender isn’t giving up, I believe it’s letting go of fear. I learned that night that shifting doesn’t happen because you force it. It happens because you're finally aligned with the energy inside you and the energy in your DR. Now I don’t chase my DR. I meet it halfway.
